IFCA joins the International Observe the Moon Night (InOMN)


The Institute of Physics of Cantabria (IFCA) together with the Cantabrian Astronomical Group (AstroCantabria) join NASA's initiative to celebrate the International Moon Observation Night (InOMN)

InOMN is an event created by the Communication and Dissemination team of the NASA LRO mission and it has been carried out since 2010, this international activity it has been organized to bring our satellite a little closer to citizens through observations, conferences and any other type of activities that will lead to the understanding of the study and investigation of our Moon.

It has been organized TWO shifts for the observation on the roof of the IFCA facilities:

1.- 9:00 PM 
2.- 10:00 PM

with a capacity of 30 people per group.
