IFCA celebrates its 25th anniversary

June 19, 2020

The Instituto de Física de Cantabria (CSIC-UC) is celebrating its 25th anniversary and it does so by recalling the most outstanding milestones throughout its history, which range from the beginning with a small team of only 6 people, to the development of the first web page, the discovery of the Higgs boson or participation in the Athena mission.

In the midst of this commemoration, the directors over these 25 years and the team of institute wanted to show their contribution by sending personal videos and reviewing, at a more experiential level, the best memories they have of their time at IFCA. Alberto Ruiz, Xavier Barcons or Luis Pesquera are some of them.

If you want to join this celebration in our social networks (Twitter, Facebook and Instagram) you can do it through the hashtag #25yearsIFCA, telling us which are the best moments you remember from IFCA.

Let's go for the next 25 years!
