Research Areas
My main interest focuss on galaxy clusters from a multiwavelength
perspective (Sunyaev-Zel'dovich effect, X-ray, gravitational lensing). I
am also interested in cosmology, and in particular on those aspects
related to the CMB. Other areas of interest include N-body simulations,
numerical methods and cooking :)
My previous postdoc experience include the University of Oxford
(working with Prof. Joseph Silk), UPenn and MIT (in both places working
with Prof. Max Tegmark). Currently I am a CSIC staff researcher at this
institute. I have been involved in the analysis of Planck data
with a focus on exploiting Planck's capabilities to study galaxy
clusters through teh Sunyaev-Zel'dovich effect. At present, most of my reserach focuses on exploiting the Hubble Frontier Fields and produce accurate lens models with my code WSLAP+
