[WORKSHOP] V Spanish Meeting of AGN Research

​

This V Spanish Meeting of AGN Research aims at reproducing the success of previous meetings (Tercera Reunión Española de AGN and IV Meeting of AGN research in Spain) by assembling the researchers in the area to present their latest results and to discuss ways forward to answer the many pressing questions in this topic. Many past advances have hinged and future progress will depend on the development and exploitation of large national and international multiwavelength facilities, both in the near (e.g. GTC: EMIR, MEGARA, FRIDA, MIRADAS), mid (JWST, SKA) and long term (Athena). The program is available hereAGNmeeting_timetable.pdf.

La quinta reunión española de investigación de AGN tiene como objetivo reproducir el éxito de las reuniones anteriores (Tercera Reunión Española de AGN y IV Reunión de investigación de AGN en España) reuniendo a los investigadores en el área para presentar sus últimos resultados y discutir formas de responder a varias de las preguntas urgentes en este tema. Muchos avances pasados se han articulado y el futuroprogreso dependerá del desarrollo y la explotación de datos de grandes instalaciones nacionales e internacionales en un amplio rango de frecuencias, tanto en el futuro a corto (por ejemplo, GTC: EMIR, MEGARA, FRIDA, MIRADAS), medio (JWST, SKA) y  largo plazo (Athena).
