Science fair

​​​​Fields to participate: Participating high schools can develop their project on three different disciplines.

Physical Science: Physics, Chemistry, Biology y Geology.

Technology and IT: Mathematics, Computer Science and Engineering.

Social Sciences: History, Archeology and Economics.

Entry Age: There are three different age categories :

  1. Elementary School (6-12 years)
  2. Compulsory Secondary Education (12-16 years)
  3. Pre-School (3-6 years)
  4. High-School (16-18 years)

Recap: participating students have to do dissemination talks and introduce experiments already known and rehearsed with their teachers.

Thanks to this, students will learn science while trying to improve their contest perform. Public will also learn some facts about physics and technology due to this fair.

UNICAN researchers will help students to prepare their project.

Finally, expert judges will decide and proclaim each entry age winner.

Science fair will last 4 days. The first one is dedicated to the Physical Science contest. The second one is dedicated to the Technology and IT contest and the third one to Social Science. All prizes are delivered the last day.
